Role: Knight Young is spearheading the strategic advisory for a significant acquisition in Brentford, West London. This project involves a prime commercial building exceeding 150,000 sq ft, situated on over 3 acres of land. Our private client aims to maximize the potential of this asset, and we are dedicated to providing comprehensive strategic guidance throughout this transformative process.
